    Rebecca is a highly experienced Senior HR professional with a proven track record in delivering HR solutions to small and medium-sized businesses. As a Director at Regent HR, Rebecca oversees the full spectrum of our HR services, ensuring that businesses receive tailored, expert support to drive performance, enhance employee engagement, cultivate a high-performing workplace culture, and maintain employment law compliance.

    With a strong background across industries including professional services, retail, manufacturing, and sports organisations, Rebecca has a deep understanding of the complexities of human resource management. 

    As an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and certified in Level 7 Employment Law, Rebecca remains committed to professional excellence and continuous development in the field of HR. She is passionate about delivering practical and results-driven HR solutions that truly work.

    MBA, CMgr FCMI

    Josh Payne is a highly respected Senior Leader, renowned for his business acumen within the professional sports industry, particularly Rugby Union. With an MBA from the University of Exeter and qualifications in Senior Leadership, Visual Communications, and Sports Management, Josh brings extensive knowledge and expertise to Regent HR, overseeing the operational aspects of the business.

    Josh joins Regent HR alongside his ongoing commitments within professional sports, where he has built a distinguished career from years of service. He has worked with esteemed organisations such as Worcester Warriors, the Welsh Rugby Union, and Premiership Women’s Rugby, and currently serves as the Consulting General Manager for the Celtic Challenge.

    Outside of Rugby, Josh serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director on the British Weight Lifting Board of Directors, with a specific focus on the Home Nations. Josh is passionate about delivering practical and results-driven business solutions, ensuring a solid foundation for Regent HR to build on.

    As a Chartered Manager with the Chartered Managers Institute, Josh is also dedicated to professional excellence and continuous development, and when not developing himself, can be found presenting on topics such as leadership, culture, and sports strategy, drawing on his extensive experience.
